Virtual Class

Please join Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business on September 22, 2021, for a discussion with Brooks Holtom, professor of management and senior associate dean for strategy, finance, and organization, whose research focuses on how organizations acquire, develop, and retain human and social capital. Holtom, an esteemed faculty member teaching in our Executive Master's in Leadership (EML), will share his expertise on two topics: employee retention and negotiations. You will experience first-hand how our EML faculty use evidence-based approaches to strengthen your leadership and managerial skills.

We are pleased to offer an application fee waiver for those who apply after attending the event.

The Executive Master's in Leadership is a 12-month program that combines the art and science of effective leadership behaviors, equipping you to drive organizational change and innovation, build high-performing teams, and implement data-driven decisions. You’ll grow as a leader alongside a collaborative, close-knit cohort, gain invaluable experience through an international consulting project, and recalibrate your career with tailored coaching sessions.
