EMBA Open House

Join our Georgetown Executive MBA Open House to experience a sample lecture taught by EMBA core teaching professor Dr. Ivana Katic and discover first-hand what you can expect to learn from Georgetown's EMBA faculty. Enjoy an introduction to Georgetown McDonough School of Business EMBA Academic Director Nick Lovegrove, have the chance to speak directly with program alumni, and visit with our admissions team.

We offer parking validation if you park on campus in the Southwest Garage, just be sure to bring your parking ticket when you check in for the event.

Open House Schedule

  • 8:30-9:00 a.m. - Arrival & Breakfast Served
  • 9:00-9:30 a.m. - Introduction to Georgetown McDonough School of Business by Academic Director Nick Lovegrove
  • 9:30-10:30 a.m. - EMBA Sample Class Lecture with Professor Ivana Katic
  • 10:30-10:45 a.m. - Networking Break
  • 10:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m. - EMBA Alumni Panel
  • 12:00 p.m. - Adjournment

The Georgetown EMBA is designed to allow mid to senior level working professionals to earn an advanced business degree without interrupting their careers. Classes are held on campus once per month from Friday morning to early Sunday afternoon and once per month on Saturday in a synchronous online format. Additionally, there are two international and three domestic week-long residencies which immerse students in real-world business projects. You can expect to be challenged by our EMBA curriculum, supported by our community, and transformed by an experience that will prepare you to lead your organization through the complex issues facing business now and into the future.
