Join Georgetown Professor Ella Washington for a Sample Lecture on "Inclusive Leadership." Inclusive leadership is essential for fostering a culture of belonging, innovation, and collaboration in today's diverse and rapidly evolving workplace. This session will equip leaders with the skills and mindset needed to cultivate a culture of belonging and collaboration in their teams and organizations. This session will highlight the tools and insights needed to lead with inclusivity and create a positive impact in your workplace. The Georgetown EMBA is designed to allow mid to senior level working professionals to earn an advanced business degree without interrupting their careers. Classes are held on campus once per month from Friday morning to early Sunday afternoon and once per month on Saturday in a synchronous online format. Additionally, there are two international and three domestic week-long residencies which immerse students in real-world business projects. You can expect to be challenged by our EMBA curriculum, supported by our community, and transformed by an experience that will prepare you to lead your organization through the complex issues facing business now and into the future.
