Join us for a virtual discussion with EML Professor Nick Lovegrove and alumni to learn about how our program incorporates coaching and career development services to help prepare you for the next stage in your leadership journey.

The Executive Master's in Leadership is a 12-month program that combines the art and science of effective leadership behaviors, teaching you to think like a scientist to drive organizational change and innovation, build high-performing teams, and implement data-driven decisions. You’ll grow as a leader alongside a collaborative, close-knit cohort, gain invaluable experience through an international consulting project, and recalibrate your career with tailored coaching sessions.
